Advice and benefits
The Benefits Reform Advice Programme
(BRAP) is a guidance and signposting service for Medway
residents who are at risk of entering into financial difficulty as
a result of the changes to benefit through the Government’s Welfare
reforms. The project has a six month duration and the service will
run from the 1 October until the end of March 2014.
As a signposting service, the BRAP team will
not be delivering formal indepth advice with clients and instead
will commision a third party organisation to carry out one-to-one
advice. Our team is based in a unit on the first floor of the
Pentagon in Chatham inside the Medway Credit Union.
We are available Monday to Friday
from 10am to 4pm. Contact us on 01634
