The following terms and conditions govern your use of the school forums in combination with the School Forums Policy. By proceeding with this application process, you show that you have read and accept the terms and conditions and the School Forums Policy.

Only users with an official Medway school e-mail address; medway.org e-mail address or medway.gov e-mail address, can apply to be a member of the School Forums.

Any material posted to these forums is public to all members and shall be considered not confidential. The only exception being the Headteacher area, restricted to Headteachers only. When using the forums members shall not post any material for which they have not obtained all necessary consents. In addition members shall refrain from posting material that is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.

Please note that the School Forums is not moderated. Any links to third party websites are the responsibility of the member posting. The School Forums are not responsible for and do not endorse the links to third party websites posted by members.

By proceeding with this application, you indicate your agreement to the terms and conditions of the School Forums. Any post that members feel is in breech of the policy should be reported to the administrator immediately. The administrator reserves the right to remove or modify any post that constitutes a breech of the policy and if necessary may suspend a member’s account indefinitely.
