eBook and eAudiobook user survey |

We would like to know about your experience of our eBook and eAudiobook service. This survey should take about 10 minutes to complete and is anonymous. The survey period will run from April 2015 to March 2016 |
The information collected will be used to inform our eBook and eAudiobook Services, it may be shared with other Medway Council Services to inform their practices. Medway Council will hold digital copies of the survey you provide to us for a period of 3 years after the date it is submitted, upon this time the copy of the survey will be destroyed.
The demographic information you provide will be combined with those of all the other respondents to identify trends in responses and will be used to make sure the panel make-up is similar to Medway as a whole.
