Should you wish to make representations to the council, it must be in writing to the Licensing Unit, Medway Council, Gun Wharf, Dock Road, Chatham, Kent, ME4 4TR.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
