Early Help for Professionals

As a professional, you could be asked either to complete an Early Help assessment or attend an Early Help Review.

Roles and Responsibilities

Early Help Leads (EHL) work closely with families undertaking an Early Help Assessment (EHA) to ensure:

• all needs are identified
• outcome based plan is developed
• the family receive all the support they require

The Early Help Lead is the one constant point of contact for the family and is responsible for coordinating the interventions and support needed.
