Early Help Panel

Services can contact an Early Help Co-ordinator to refer a stuck Early Help case to the multi-agency Early Help Panel to ensure clear next steps are identified.

The purpose of the panel is to:

1) Review individual cases, which are stuck in the system and to consider cases which are difficult to allocate, for whatever reason, and to ensure clear next steps are identified.

2) Review progress on a sample of cases and to reflect on the issues raised to develop ideas about how the system can be more preventative.
