Events

Held each July in the beautiful setting of Rochester Castle Gardens, this is one of the key events in the south-east calendar - a fantastic mixture of artists designed to appeal to everyone, whatever their age or musical preference.

Castle Concerts 09 will be held between 15 and 18 July. The line-up is:

• The Counterfeit Stones - Wednesday, 15 July;
• Jools Holland & his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra - Thursday, 16 July;
• McFly - Friday, 17 July;
• The Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra - Saturday, 18 July.

Castle Concerts are fantastic evenings of music, song and dance. Here’s what makes them so special:

• Nobody is more than 50 metres from the stage - giving everyone a great view.
• The venue is only a few minutes walk from Rochester and Strood train stations.
• There are more than 500 car parking spaces within a few minutes walk of the venue.
• More than 60 bars, restaurants and pubs in Rochester are waiting to welcome you for food and drink.
