Entry to Rochester Castle Gardens
The castle gardens will be open as usual during the day. The gates will be closed to the public from around 4pm when people without concert tickets will be asked to leave. The venue will then re-open to ticket holders only.
A range of hot and cold snacks are available in the castle gardens. Two bars, selling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, will be open during the concerts. They will close 30 minutes before the end of each concert.
You may bring food and drink into the venue but please do not bring any glasses or glass bottles.
Barbecues and gas cylinders will not be permitted under any circumstances.
Tables and chairs will be permitted but not tents or awnings. A limited number of seats will be available and issued on a first come, first served basis.
Toilets are available within the castle grounds.
Additional public toilets are also available at Northgate – a three minute walk from the venue. You will be allowed to exit and re-enter the venue through a control system at the gate.
The entertainment is scheduled to commence at 7.15pm each evening.
No dogs (except guide dogs) or other pets will be admitted.
The concerts will take place whatever the weather, so please be prepared.
