The Register Office is open  Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4pm. Telephones currently open at 9am. At weekends and on bank holidays we open for ceremonies only.The accommodation is all on the ground floor and the premises are just a short walk from local car parks (view map). At the Medway Registration Service we are committed to providing a professional service of a high standard. We welcome your views and we invite you to complete a brief online survey that will only take a few minutes of your time. We publish details of our service standards and welcome feedback in all forms.
