Ceremony venues

Many venues in Medway are licensed for civil marriage ceremonies and civil partnership ceremonies. They may also be used for naming ceremonies and renewal of vows ceremonies.

Couples should make provisional arrangements with the venue of their choice and then contact the Medway Register Office to make a formal booking with the registration staff.

For weddings and civil partnerships, there are certain legal requirements which need to be fulfilled and when confirming a date for a ceremony. Register Office staff can advise on these requirements and arrange appointments for couples to attend where possible.

There are separate fees payable to the venue for the use of the premises and to the Register Office for the ceremony.

Contact details, maps and photographs can be found for each of the venues by following the links below.
