To report an incident of anti-social behaviour, contact customer services at the address below or complete one of the forms listed below.

To report a racial incident call the Kent Racial Incident Reporting Line on Freephone 0800 1381624 or complete the form below.

To report a homophobic or transphobic incident call the Kent Homophobic Incident Reporting Line on Freephone 0800 3289162 or complete the form below.

 

If you want to report an environmental issue like litter, broken street lighting, graffiti or fly-tipping then you can now do so by visiting our Love Medway website or by downloading a Love Medway app on to your mobile phone.
