Alzheimer's and Dementia Family Support (ADFS)

ADFS offers

  • support and information;
  • support with Attendance Allowance and Disability Living Allowance benefit claims;
  • home visits;
  • counselling, including bereavement counselling;
  • advocacy;
  • friendship groups;
  • chair-based exercises;
  • outings and events.

ADFS is funded and supported by Medway Primary Care Trust and Kent County Council and is managed by the Council for Voluntary Service Medway (www.cvsmedway.plus.com/).
