Communications
Medway Council's Communications Team provides a graphic design
and print management service, as well as carrying out marketing and
public relations work for the council and co-ordinating and editing
content for this and other council websites.
The team provides services to other parts of the council and
partnerships. Recent work undertaken for Medway Council clients
includes:
- writing and designing the council's bi-monthly magazine
Medway Matters;
- producing tourism and destination guides for
Medway;
- designing Medway Council's performance plan and community
plan;
- designing Chatham Christmas campaigns.
The team also undertakes work for other public sector
organisations. Its external clients include:
- Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley Primary Care Trust,
- Medway Teaching Primary Care Trust,
- Thanet District Council,
- Gravesham Council.
The communications team maintains a number of social media websites to help it communicate
effectively with its residents.
