Communications

Medway Council's Communications Team provides a graphic design and print management service, as well as carrying out marketing and public relations work for the council and co-ordinating and editing content for this and other council websites.

The team provides services to other parts of the council and partnerships. Recent work undertaken for Medway Council clients includes:

  • writing and designing the council's bi-monthly magazine Medway Matters;
  • producing tourism and destination guides for Medway;  
  • designing Medway Council's performance plan and community plan;
  • designing Chatham Christmas campaigns.

The team also undertakes work for other public sector organisations. Its external clients include:

  • Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley Primary Care Trust,
  • Medway Teaching Primary Care Trust,
  • Thanet District Council,
  • Gravesham Council.

 

The communications team maintains a number of social media websites to help it communicate effectively with its residents.
