Complaints
Medway Council
hopes that the services you receive are of the quality you expect.
However, there may be times when you feel unhappy with the service
you receive or you may want to make a suggestion about how the
council can improve it.
You can use an
online form to make your complaint.
Medway Council is committed to maintaining excellent standards
of customer care. Please read its customer care
charter (pdf 1,202KB) for more information on how it aims to do
this. The document includes the complaints procedure.
The council also hopes there will be times when you would like
to say that you are happy with a service. Complaints and
compliments are important, as they help the council to improve its
services. You can also find information about services and other
issues in the council newspaper Medway Matters.
The Local
Government Ombudsmen are part of an independent national
service that investigates complaints against councils. You can
complain to the Ombudsman at any time but they will expect you to
have tried to resolve matters through the council's internal
procedures first.

complaining to the council.
