You can visit the council at the main office shown below at any time on planning matters or by appointment for other business. In most cases, one of the Customer First contact points, where the council provides local services at times when residents most need them, will be able to deal with you more efficiently.

Medway Council welcomes your comments about the website or suggestions about its services in general. Please use the contact information at the foot of each page on the website or email customer.first@medway.gov.uk or fill in the feedback form.

For enquiries relating to environmental services such as:

  • highways;
  • traffic management;
  • public transport;
  • greenspaces;
  • environmental health;

please call Customer First on 01634 333333, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

For all other services, please call 01634 306000 and you will be directed to the relevant department.
