A day for every dog

Photo of a dog - A day for every dog invitation

Our award-winning responsible dog ownership campaign ‘A Day for Every Dog’ is in its fifth year and will be returning this autumn.

We will be travelling around Medway visiting a different park each day, raising the awareness of responsible dog ownership within the borough.

It will be an ideal opportunity for dog owners and potential dog owners to come and meet council staff to discuss dog law and also take advantage of what's on offer:

  • Free dog micro-chipping (All dates)
  • Free education corner to children teaching them how to safely interact with dogs (Saturday 01st October only)
  • Free Pet checks offered by PDSA (All dates)

Come and visit us on the following days between 10am and 5pm:

The community wardens will also be at Riverside Country Park on 1 October, from 10am to 3pm offering free microchipping. The PDSA will also be in attendance.
