Resources are available to those learners in need of additional services

Financial help

There is a fund available offering some limited financial support to learners who receive means-tested benefits and are studying for qualifications. The Discretionary Learner Support Fund (dLSF) offers assistance with childcare, travel costs, tuition and examination fees. Please enquire using the contact details below.

Learners with disabilities

If you think you need additional support to join a course because of a difficulty or disability, please use the contact details below. The service is committed to the removal of barriers, whenever possible, to help each learner achieve.

Support with literacy, numeracy and language

Literacy and numeracy support may be available if you are studying certain subjects. It may also be possible to provide language support if English is not your first language. Please enquire.

Refreshments

The Rochester centre has a café, which serves light refreshments, snacks and drinks.
