Autistic outreach

Whole school training in positive handling for all schools

Team-Teach is a holistic, whole-school approach to behaviour management. The six-hour programme is certificated and accredited by the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD) on behalf of the government. Training is provided in schools and tailored to meet the needs of school staff. This full-day accredited course provides an introduction to the Team-Teach model of positive handling training.

It covers:

  • policy and guidance;
  • the legal framework;
  • diffusion;
  • de-escalation and diversion;
  • personal safety;
  • holds;
  • guides;
  • escorts.

See through behaviour - training for secondary schools

Combining the latest research, new ideas about evolutionary psychology and behaviour management techniques with a proven success rate, this training day provides a clear theoretical framework and a selection of useful behaviour management tools.
