Service level agreements for schools

Medway Council as the Local Authority (LA) and its staff are committed to providing high quality support services for schools at competitive prices which recover costs but do not generate profits. They have local knowledge, are locally accessible and have a great deal of expertise.

Its managers seek to make continuous improvements by monitoring the services they offer closely. Their aim is to develop services tailored to schools' needs, which help them to provide the best possible education for their pupils.
