How to contact your council

In person

You can visit the council at the main office shown below at any time on planning matters or by appointment for other business. In most cases, one of the town centre contact points, where the council provides local services at times when residents most need them, will be able to deal with you more efficiently.

please call Customer First on 01634 333333, Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and Saturday from 9am to 1pm.

For all other services, please call 01634 306000 and you will be directed to the relevant department.

For out of hours emergencies, please call 01634 304400.
