All the 1APP forms required for applying for planning consent are available to download from the Planning Portal, the government's one stop guide to the planning process.
Each one includes guidance notes on how to complete the form and there are checklists too. Please also use the validation advice note (pdf 128KB), which gives further information about the validation checklists. To use this file and the forms, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have this on your computer, please use our advice page.

Note – ‘Householder development’ means development of an existing dwelling, house, or development within the curtilage of such a dwellinghouse for any purpose incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse. It does not include a change of use or a change to the number of dwellings in a building.
You should use this form to provide the answers to supplementary questions about applications to extract minerals.
Some planning applications may be exempt from a planning fee if you are registered disabled. Please submit the form if you think you may be eligible.
