Land between Elmhaven Marina and Cemex, Rochester Road, Halling,
Rochester, Kent
On 29 November 2011 Cabinet confirmed the Direction imposed
under delegated powers by the Director of Regeneration Community
and Culture on 13 June 2011 under Article 4 (1) of the Town and
Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (as
amended) in relation to land between Elmhaven Marina and Cemex,
