Graffiti - reporting and removal

Offensive graffiti will be dealt with as soon as possible within 24 hours of being reported. If it cannot be removed without damaging the structure or material of the building, however, its removal may take longer.

If the graffiti is on private property the owner of the property must sign a disclaimer form agreeing that the council and its contractor will not be liable for any damage caused directly or indirectly as a result of the graffiti removal.

Graffiti removal is part of Medway Council's continuing commitment to build safer communities and increase community safety in Medway.

To report graffiti and have it removed, please contact customer services at the address below or complete the online form.
