Carers Week

10 to 16 June 2013

Carers Week is a UK wide annual awareness campaign to help raise the profile of caring, and help carers access support, advice and information. By following the link to the carers week website you can enter your postcode or town, and you will be directed to a map. Click on the events icon next to the map to see all the events taking place in Medway. If you would like further information on the support and services available to Medway's Carers please call the Carers Centre on 01634 577340.
