Stop smoking

Every year Medway Stop Smoking Service helps more than 1,300 local people to give-up smoking.

Watch our new video advert 'Is your habit giving you hassle?'

Read about their experiences, including Yves from Rochester who pledged to give-up in 2010 with support from our health improvement team.
