Medway Council is a member of Kent Homechoice, the
Kent-wide choice-based lettings scheme, providing greater choice
and involvement in choosing where you want to live.
The scheme allows you to express your interest in properties in
Medway that you may be eligible for.
Properties are advertised daily via the internet, digital
television, and at local
contact points throughout Medway. The list of advertised
properties is available on the Kent Homechoice
website. It does not matter what time you express
interest in a property, as properties are allocated to
applicants in the highest band, with the highest priority date,
meeting the advertised criteria.
