Estate inspections
As part of our service commitment, Medway Housing Services
undertakes to carry out regular inspections of our council-owned
estates to ensure they are maintained to a good standard.
An estate inspection is an inspection of the exterior and
communal parts, facilities and grounds of an estate comprising
blocks of flats, a mixture of flats and houses or houses owned by
the council.
Estate inspections are an essential part of our work to ensure
that estate management issues, health and safety issues and general
estate issues are identified, progressed and resolved as quickly as
possible.
