If you rent your home from Medway Council, your neighbourhood housing officer will be a valuable contact and will be able to help you with any questions or problems you may have about your home. Neighbourhood housing officers are based at Gun Wharf in Chatham. This office is not open to the public, so if you need to see your housing officer, you will need to make an appointment or catch them when they are visiting your area.

You can contact a member of the Housing Management team Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.45pm, excluding bank holidays.
