your neighbourhood housing officer (NHO) and their contact
details.
Housing Officers work a core
hour system, meaning that they can be contacted in the office from
9am to 10am and from 3pm to 4.30pm.
At other times there will be a duty
officer available to talk to, if they cannot assist you
they will be able to leave a message for your housing officer
and they will get back to you on their return to the office.
