Medway Council Housing Services in
partnership with MEARS provides more than 3,000
council tenants a repairs service. We aim to get repairs
completed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Housing Services guarantee of good

Housing Services works hard to make
sure that all jobs are done on time and to tenants' satisfaction.
Sometimes things go wrong or tenants may not agree with a
decision we have made. If a tenant wants to make a complaint about
the way we handled a request for a repair, the standard of the work
or even the people involved, please let us know. Visit the

Your views on our service
Your opinions of our services matter
to us as they help to improve our performance. If you are a Medway
Council tenant and have recently had a repair completed you can
complete one of our online satisfaction surveys. All valid
completed surveys will be entered into our £30 quarterly prize
