Homes for Independent Living Focus Group

The Homes for Independent Living Focus Group meets to discuss issues affecting residents. Residents, scheme managers and senior managers attend the group to:

  • talk about the service provided to our residents;
  • identify areas for improvement;
  • highlight examples of good service provision in each scheme.

Forthcoming meeting dates 2013

  • Monday, 3 June, 2  to 4pm, St Marks House  
  • Monday, 2 September, 2  to 4pm, Esmonde House
  • Monday, 2 December, 2  to 4pm, Mountevans House

How to join

The Homes for Independent Living Focus Group is open to all scheme customers and we welcome new members to provide feedback on our service. To book your place on a forthcoming focus group or to find out more about how you can influence the service that the council provides to you, phone or email the Community Development Officer using the details below.
