Rent arrears

As a tenant, it is your responsibility to pay your rent in full and on time. This is stated in the tenancy agreement you sign when you become a tenant.

If you do not keep up with your rent payments, it may lead to the Council seeking possession of your home, and you will be pursued for the debt you owe.
