Rogallo Place extra care scheme at Horsted Park is located within 2 miles of both Chatham and Rochester town centres and overlooks Horsted Valley. The scheme is situated right next to the eco park development which residents can enjoy. Horsted Park has the perfect mix of green open spaces with the convenience of retail and leisure facilities close by.

Communal Space

Access to apartments is security controlled, ensuring residents’ privacy and peace of mind. The courtyard area, accessible from the restaurant offers a great meeting place for residents and their families. Residents are also able to enjoy a private garden where they have access to a shed, greenhouse and with wheelchair accessible planters.

The communal lounge is the hub of any extra care scheme with various activities taking place including coffee mornings and resident meetings. Activities are arranged to meet the needs and asks of the residents. These may range from armchair exercise to art classes and film nights.

Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the ground floor for residents and their families and friends to use. The restaurant on site, open 7 days a week, makes a great meeting place.

The restaurant provides tasty home cooked food available to the residents, local community, family and friends. The restaurant welcomes suggestions and works with the residents to ensure dietary requirements can be met.

Apartments are self-contained with a full wet room, fitted kitchen and large lounge. Residents have access to a care team that are on site 24 hours a day to provide care and respond to emergencies.

The rent and service charge costs will vary according to your individual circumstances and eligibility for benefits. All applicants will receive one to one help and advice on accessing benefits from Optivo’s Money Matters Team.

Care package and wellbeing charges will be separate.
