Medway Council's main housing office is based at the Riverside One building off Dock Road, Chatham. The council also provides access to housing services locally by working with different agencies and partners.

Wednesdays, 9am-1pm The Medway Deaf Services officer on duty will provide services to people who are deaf, or have a hearing loss.
Appointment only - Mondays and Thursdays 9am-12noon. Phone 01634 333600 to arrange the appointment.
