Your Council
Medway Council's main housing office is based at the Riverside One building off Dock Road, Chatham. The council also provides access to housing services locally by working with different agencies and partners.

Tuesdays, 1-4pm West Kent Lifeways works with vulnerable people to identify the kind of help that would allow them to live successful, independent lives. The service is open to all age groups.
Wednesdays, 9am-1pm The Medway Deaf Services officer on duty will provide services to people who are deaf, or have a hearing loss.
