Making your views heard

Housing Services values the opinions of our customers. We have created a series of online surveys for you to complete to give you the opportunity to tell us your views on the services that we are providing. We will use the information received from the surveys to improve our services and value for money.

If you have recently used one of our services and would like to let us know how you feel we have performed, please complete one of the relevant satisfaction surveys.

If you are a Medway Council tenant and have recently had a repair completed, please let us know your views on our service. If possible please have your repair reference number to hand, this can be found on your repair appointment letter.  

All valid responses to this survey will be entered into our £30 quarterly prize draw.
