Private Sector housing performance indicators

The Private Sector Housing Team provides information and assistance to all private landlords, tenants, owner-occupiers, and owners of empty properties. It also provides advice on illegal evictions or harassment.

The team offers a variety of services to help homes within the private sector become safe, warm and healthy, including how to apply for housing repairs and improvements.
