Private housing
The Private Sector Housing Team provides information and
assistance to all private landlords, tenants and home owners, and offers
advice on illegal evictions or harassment.
The team also provides guidance for owners and residents of
Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs).
If you have a disability and need to adapt your home, you can
apply for a Disabled Facilities Grant.

financial schemes to help improve housing in

Warm front
The Warm Front scheme installs insulation and
heating improvements to make homes more energy efficient. The
scheme now has a new set of eligibility criteria and will be
accepting new applications from 14 April 2011. Find out more about
