Essential repairs
You can report a landlord if they’re not carrying out their responsibilities such as not doing essential repairs. If your landlord does not respond or does not arrange for suitable repairs you can contact us for advice. We will then contact the landlord and arrange a visit to your home and ensure that if the repairs are important, that they will be carried out in a reasonable time.
