  • Business advice and access to business advisers and training courses can be obtained from Business Link Kent (www.businesslinkkent.com) and the Enterprise Agency of North Kent (www.businessnorthkent.co.uk). Much of this assistance is free of charge.
  • Business information and research - a range of paper-based and electronic services are available from the libraries business information service. to help you with your business.
  • Business Premises - Search for commercial property via a number of useful services.
  • Business Directory (www.medway.directorykent.net)- list your company free of charge on the council's online business directory service.
  • Business finance - learn about the council's Partners for Growth interest free loan scheme, as well as other funding initiatives available to businesses in the south-east.
  • Moving to Medway? - we provide free of charge inward investment support to businesses relocating to Medway via our specialist partner agency, Locate in Kent (www.locateinkent.com).
  • Fair Trader Scheme - a Trading Standards initiative to improve business standards and customer confidence in member businesses- a positive move to improve how traders deal with consumers.
  • Medway Business Awards - It is time to put your business in the spotlight and show off your achievements. The prestigious Medway Business Awards (www.medwaybusinessawards.co.uk) recognise the best enterprises in Medway, rewarding firms with trophies, certificates and cash!
  • Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) - a partnership between a company, a university and a highly qualified graduate working in your company for up to two years on a project which will bring a strategic change to your business.
