Under the Poisons Act 1972 (www.opsi.gov.uk/RevisedStatutes/Acts/ukpga/1972/cukpga_19720066_en_1), the retailing of poisons may need to be registered by Medway Council. Part II of the Poisons List contains a list of poisons that can not be sold unless the retailer is registered to do so with the council.
