Medway Council has commissioned a team of consultants to prepare a masterplan for the Gun Wharf area of Chatham.

When adopted, the masterplan will become a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) that will guide development in the Gun Wharf area.

Medway Council sought your views on the proposals between 1 March and 12 April 2010 and these will be considered before finalising the masterplan. The consultation included an exhibition on the draft Supplementary Planning Document at Chatham library until Saturday, 10 April 2010.
