The links below can be used to submit applications for certificates of events that took place within the Medway Council area. The forms give an indication of the likely cost but the actual amount payable will depend on whether the register concerned is still in current use or now with the Superintendent Registrar. Please refer to the fees page for more details of costs.
Within three working days of receiving an application, the Register Office will make contact to advise on the actual cost and methods of payment.
Certificates cannot be produced on the day of application. Please allow 10 working days. If a certificate is needed urgently, please refer to priority applications for details of the service from the General Register Office.
