Medway Voice is a new membership-led forum for the community and voluntary sector in Medway that will inform the development of services within Medway and provide an opportunity for the sector to evolve and develop.
Medway Voice will bring together people from the sector to share skills, good practice, resources, information and experience and allow them to work together on issues identified by members. The forum will also campaign, promote and develop new ways of communicating and working with the statutory and private sectors. This will happen through regular meetings, electronically and by any other means identified by members.
The new website for Medway Voice (www.medwayvoice.org.uk) is now live, which means that everyone in the voluntary and community sector within Medway is able to join Voice. On the website there is the facility for you to join an e-forum (including a forum for young people) and talk to others in the sector about issues of common interest, as well as a photo gallery where you can display pictures of your events, celebrations or services.
