Medway Council has two directorates:

  • Children and Adults - Caring and Learning,
  • Regeneration, Community and Culture.

Each directorate is the responsibility of a director who reports to the Chief Executive, Neil Davies.

The council also has one department, Business Support, which is managed directly by the Chief Executive.
