2.1

This policy applies to the operation of the following Medway Council services:

Building Control
The Educational Welfare Service
Environmental Health
Greenspace Services
The Internal Audit Service
The Licensing Unit
The Medway Wardens’ Service
Planning Enforcement
Private Sector Housing
Trading Standards

2.2

The application of Licensing Act 2003 issues will be subject to a separate policy as far as the issuing, conditions and revocation of such licences are concerned.
