Medway Council's Frontline Services are set up to improve the quality of life for residents by delivering a high level of services that are on the front line. The list below outlines the services:

• highway responsive maintenance;
• trading standards;
• road safety;
• environmental enforcement team.

Some of these services have a statutory duty to undertake different types of enforcement.
