Rates of pay
Our rates of pay are aligned to the responsibility of the duties undertaken on the assignment and fall in line with the council's grading system for permanent staff.
Induction procedure
Once you have been offered and have accepted a temporary assignment, one of the temp agency officers will visit you in your place of work to take you through a general induction process. This process ensures that all starter paperwork has been completed, pension membership offered and introductions made. Car parking, pay procedures, how to report sickness absence, holidays etc. will all be explained at this time.
