Medway Council does not need to know why you are making the request. All the council needs to know is what information you are looking for and how you can be contacted with the response, for instance by phone, email or through the post. If you want information that is not an operational or service-related request you must make the request in writing. You can send the council an email (customer.first@medway.gov.uk?subject=Request for Information), complete a Request for Information online form or write to the address below. If you are unable to submit your request in writing yourself, you should seek help from someone who understands the request you wish to make. The Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) will be able to help you make such a request.
