Your council

To help us help you, Medway Council has a system that allows council staff to send text messages to residents directly through its email system and people will also be able to send text messages to the council on 07739 657073.

Simply use a keyword at the start of the text messages, and your text will be directed to the correct department.

Current keywords are STREETLIGHT, RUBBISH and NOISE.
